Nigieria: (Lagos Court of Arbitration project)
AMEC worked with the Lagos Court of Arbitration to create alternative avenues to mainstream justice and improve justice delivery to the private sector. The assignment entailed :
- Assesment of arbitration with the judiciary system in Kanu and Lagos,
- Data review and data collection,
- Data analysis, Key Performance Indicators analysis,
- Interviews,
- Program evaluation with DAC criterias (Development Assistance Committee)
