AMEC worked with the commecial court project to improve commercial justice and make it easier for the private sector to resolve commercial disputes.The assignment entailed :

- Change management and boost program achievements’ appropriations,
- Data review and data collection,
- Data analysis, Key Performance Indicators analysis,
- Interviews,
- Program evaluation with DAC criterias (Development Assistance Committee)
