AMEC worked with the One Stop Shop for land to unlock the potential of dead capitals in the cities of Ouagadougou and Bobo-Dioulasso. The assignment entailed :

- Change management and boost program achievements’ appropriations,
- Data review and data collection,
- Data analysis, Key Performance Indicators analysis,
- Interviews,
- Program evaluation with DAC criterias (Development Assistance Committee)
