Senegal: (ADIE construction permit project):
AMEC worked with Senegal Agence de l’Informatique de l’Etat (ADIE) to improve service delivery by reducing time and cost of processing construction permit in the region of Dakar. Project improves transparency, reduces errors and provided digital filing of deeds. The assignment entailed:
- Re-assessment of ADIE strategies in an electronic and paperless environment,
- Evaluation of the Information System,
- Evaluation of construction permit project,
- Program management
- Change management and boost program achievements’ appropriations,
